Member Services

We welcome consumer input and suggestions. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, the Customer Services Coordinator can help you file a complaint.

You will receive written feedback within 60 days of the filing complaint.

Interpreters Upon Request…If someone you know is in need of services that does not speak English or is hearing impaired, we can help. Interpreters are available free of charge.
