Winter’s First Snow
It will be winter’s first snow,
Then it will be hard to go!
Anywhere, everywhere, all places.
That’s the rule for October
That’s the rule for November
That’s what we all remember.
There will be snow on the ground
The car’s tires will go round and round.
We will get out the hunting hound.
We will hunt for rabbits, squirrels, and deer.
We will look for them all around.
Yes, snow signals the end of the year.
